We would be one of the only company globally in Smart card manufacturing in India who have done a complete back ward integration starting from a humble manufacturer of Lanyards and Card Holders (we are the pioneers of this product in India), then moving on to making Identity Cards, Loyalty ATM cards in India for our Corporate Clients and then setting up a state of the art plastic card manufacturing facility and then setting up another state of the art smart card manufacturing facility.

Our current facility which is ISO 9001:2000 certified is situated in the heart of the city occupying about 5000 sq. feet of prime property.
This is currently a rented property and we will be moving to our own factory
shortly as indicated in the company road map above
We currently have the following equipments for our manufacturing process:
• Single card offset printer
• UV curing machine
• Sheet Laminators
• Die cutters
• Automatic milling and embedding machines
• Card testing machine
• Personalization equipment like embossing machine and thermal
printers
• A highly dedicated and experienced man power
Capacity:
We can currently manufacture 6 million cards PA which will shortly be
upgraded to 10 Million cards per annum on a single shift basis
